Key Responsibilities - Automotive Technician:
Diagnose and repair customer vehicles efficiently and accurately
Perform routine maintenance, inspections, oil changes, brakes, tires, etc.
Troubleshoot drivability, electrical, and mechanical issues
Work with service advisors to communicate findings and repair timelines
Complete required repair documentation and ensure high-quality work
Participate in ongoing training and certification to stay current
Maintain a clean, organized bay and follow all safety protocols
Qualifications:
Prior automotive repair experience (any level, from maintenance tech to certified)
Toyota experience or ASE certifications are a plus, but not required
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented shop
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
